Our store is hosted by Thinkific. They provide us with the online training platform that allows us to sell our products and courses to you.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, if applicable, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 21 - REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise specified, all our courses come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a course or product you purchased from this site, simply let us know within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method you used for purchase. Once we issue a refund, we have no control over how long it takes your bank or credit card issuer to make the funds available to you. If you have any questions about this, contact them, not us.
Recurring Products
Currently all our courses are one-time purchases. The only product with a recurring membership fee is The Vault. If you are unhappy with your membership in The Vault, only the most recent payment is refundable. You can cancel your membership in The Vault yourself, in the “My Account” area of the site, or by contacting us, with no further charges. You can also update your billing information under “My Account”.
Payment Plans
A payment plan is a way to pay for a one-time purchase over time with a fixed number of payments (for example, “3-pay plan”). We do not currently offer any such plans. They are not to be confused with recurring products, which would rebill on an ongoing basis (typically monthly) until canceled. If you purchase a product or course from this site on a payment plan, you agree to make all the payments on time and in full. If you fail to do so, your access may be revoked. Products on payment plans would be fully refundable just like a single-payment product.
For any digital products from this site, if you are refunded, you will lose access to the product, and we reserve the right to deny purchase of other products if we believe the refund policy is being abused.
Physical Products
We do not currently offer any physical products on this site. If that should change in the future, our 30-day policy still applies, though to receive a refund, you must first return the product, in its original packaging. Contact us for instructions on how to return a product to make sure you get credited.
